Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview
This Refund & Cancellation Policy describes how refunds, disputes, and subscription cancellations are handled for the Quellba platform ("Service"), operated by Novascriptum LLC ("we", "us", "our"). Quellba is a digital service — we do not sell or ship physical goods.
2. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your paid subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods after cancellation. No prorated refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period. After your subscription ends, your account reverts to the free plan and features exclusive to paid plans become unavailable.
3. Refund Eligibility
If you believe you were charged in error or are unsatisfied with a recent purchase, you may request a refund by contacting us at support@quellba.com within 14 days of the charge. We will review each request individually and, if applicable, issue a full or partial refund at our discretion. Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
4. How Refunds Are Processed
Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Depending on your bank or payment provider, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
5. Disputes
If you have a billing concern, we encourage you to contact us at support@quellba.com before initiating a dispute with your bank or payment provider. If you file a chargeback or payment dispute, we may suspend access to your account until the dispute is resolved. We will cooperate with the payment provider to resolve the matter promptly.
6. Free Plan
The free plan does not involve any charges. No refund or cancellation process applies to the free plan.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the Service or by email. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
